Brief

The Department for Transport (DfT) is looking for a supplier to conduct a focused 6-week review of the Rail Sector Transformation Blueprint and its strategic outcomes, with a possible extension of 4 weeks based on performance and other requirements. The contract involves assessing and potentially enhancing the existing rail sector transformation blueprint. The selected supplier will collaborate with DfT teams and external stakeholders, including Directors responsible for the Great British Railways (GBR) Design and Implementation and the Director General of the Rail Reform and Strategy Group. It is important to note that the DfT has existing contracts for Strategy, Policy, and Commercial support, as well as Project, Programme, and Portfolio Delivery support. Therefore, the chosen supplier will not be required to provide services covered by these existing contracts.
