    Brief

The Contracting Authority seeks a single supplier to provide comprehensive IT security services through a 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities. The successful supplier will design, deploy, commission, and fully support security infrastructure across the Contracting Authority's integrated ICT ecosystem, including firewalls, servers, hosts, Active Directory/Entra identity management, and logging systems. The infrastructure spans over 400 Windows servers, 10 Fortinet firewalls and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), and approximately 100,000 Active Directory/Entra B2B and B2C users across five domains. The environment is hybrid and distributed across two Government Data Centres in Dublin (accessed via Government Network connection) and Microsoft Azure EU cloud services. The supplier must demonstrate proven experience integrating with multiple ICT vendors and supporting complex multi-platform environments including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Only infrastructure categorised as 'Gold' (highest security risk profile) is within this Framework's scope. The ideal supplier will provide flexible, agile support aligned with the Contracting Authority's growth and operational requirements.
