The Supplier will provide comprehensive crowd management and customer service support across the railway network. Services include planning, coordination, and execution of crowd management strategies for diverse scenarios ranging from large-scale special events to routine operational needs. Specific applications include managing passenger flows during major disruptive engineering work, providing passenger assistance services, supporting operations during lift or infrastructure outages, and responding to service disruptions of any type. The Supplier must be capable of rapidly mobilizing resources and adapting management approaches to handle varying scales of events and operational challenges while maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the railway system.
