Occupational Health and Pre-Employment Medical Services Provider

Fairfax Multi Academy Trust seeks a single qualified provider to deliver both Occupational Health and Pre-Employment Medical Services through one integrated contract and platform. The provider will manage occupational health referrals, sickness absence assessments, return-to-work evaluations, fitness-for-work assessments, stress and wellbeing reviews, disability and equality assessments, workplace adjustment recommendations, and pre-employment health screening. The solution must include a secure online platform for referral management, case tracking, reporting, and management information systems. Expected annual volumes are approximately 50 occupational health referrals and 60 pre-employment health questionnaires. The provider must be capable of delivering both services under a single contractual arrangement. Following written submission evaluation, the three highest-scoring suppliers may be invited to participate in a supplier demonstration.
