Grounds Maintenance Services Contract for Palladian Academy Trust

The Palladian Academy Trust is seeking expressions of interest from qualified contractors to provide grounds maintenance services. This includes regular grass cutting for amenity areas and sports fields, line marking for sports facilities, maintenance of ornamental borders, leaf clearance, pesticide application, hedge cutting, and other related tasks such as planting and minor landscaping projects for school grounds. The contract is set for an initial period of three years, with a possible two-year extension. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026, with tenders to be sent out in April 2026 and contract awards expected by mid-May 2026. The initial sites include several primary schools and a secondary school in the Bath and Bradford-on-Avon areas. Contractors should be prepared to accommodate additional academies that may join the Trust during the contract period. Interested applicants must complete a Pre-Tender Qualification Questionnaire addressing financial, technical, and environmental criteria by March 16, 2026, with completed questionnaires due by noon on March 30, 2026.
