National Standards Cycle Training Service Provider

Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to contract a qualified company or organization to deliver cycle training services across three levels (1, 2, and 3) of the BikeAbility Wales National Standards Cycle Training programme. The successful contractor will be responsible for setting up, organizing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating all training activities. The contract runs from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027, with potential extension for up to 3 additional years subject to continued Welsh Government funding approval. This programme is fully funded annually by Welsh Government, with each council submitting independent funding bids annually and receiving notification of award status by April each year. Prospective bidders must demonstrate necessary accreditations, skills, and expertise in cycle training delivery.
