Property Management Contract for Laganside Courts Building

The Northern Ireland Courts & Tribunal Service (NICTS) is seeking a qualified supplier to manage the Laganside Courts building located at 45 Oxford Street, Belfast. The contract includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and repairs, remedial works, and minor works projects up to £100,000. The supplier will also be required to provide full-time on-site operatives including a Building Maintenance Operative and Electrician. The contract is valued at £300,000 annually and will run for 2 years with potential extensions up to a maximum of 8 years.
