    Brief

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a supplier to support its three-year Crisis & Resilience Fund programme (April 2026 to March 2029), which will receive £4.6 million initially, increasing to £4.8 million in year three. The programme aims to help low-income households facing financial shocks and to build financial resilience across Buckinghamshire communities. As a key delivery partner, the successful supplier will provide timely support to residents in crisis by supplying, delivering, installing, and where applicable, disconnecting and recycling white goods (cookers, fridges, washing machines, etc.), beds, mattresses, bedding, and essential household furniture. The supplier may also be involved in distributing food and clothing vouchers and facilitating cash-out solutions through Post Office and PayPoint services. There are no eligibility restrictions based on the cause of the crisis. Suppliers should demonstrate capability in logistics, installation services, and working with vulnerable populations.
