The procurement comprises three separate lots, each evaluated and awarded independently: Lot 1 – Chromatography & ICP Consumables: Supplies for chromatography, ICP and analytical instrumentation including columns, vials, caps, liners, tubing, fittings, standards and related items. Compatibility with validated methods, manufacturer platforms and instrument specifications is essential. Lot 2 – Laboratory Chemicals: Chemical products with specified grade, purity, concentration and formulation. Suppliers must provide Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformity, product specifications and regulatory documentation as required. Lot 3 – Analytical Reagents & Test Kits: Reagents, test kits and method-specific consumables where performance specifications, detection limits, shelf life and storage requirements are critical. Bidders may tender for one, multiple or all lots. Exact specifications, manufacturer details and part numbers must be met; substitutions are not permitted without explicit approval. The successful supplier(s) must ensure reliable supply, stock availability, lead time management, batch traceability, quality assurance, technical support and continuity throughout the framework term.
