Naval Architecture Design Services for New Mull Passenger Vessel

CMAL (Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited) is seeking a qualified Naval Architect to support the concept design development of a new passenger and vehicle ferry vessel. The vessel will be designed to operate primarily on the route between Oban and Craignure on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. This engagement involves developing preliminary design concepts, specifications, and technical documentation to establish the vessel's feasibility and requirements. The successful appointee will work collaboratively with CMAL stakeholders to define vessel capabilities, performance characteristics, and operational parameters suitable for the challenging west coast maritime environment and route requirements.
