Barnsley Primary Care - Locally Enhanced Services Contract at Wombwell Practice

NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is commissioning a provider to deliver locally enhanced services (LES) for the Barnsley population. The successful provider will integrate these enhanced services with existing primary care contracts at Wombwell Practice (Chapelfield location). Locally enhanced services are additional services beyond standard primary care that address specific health needs of the local population. This contract requires coordination with other primary care services to ensure seamless care delivery.
