Health and Physical Activity Coaching Programme for Obesity and Diabetes Patients in Derry

The Derry GP Federation seeks a service provider to deliver a health coaching and physical activity coaching programme for approximately 5,000 patients living with obesity complicated by diabetes across the Derry GP Federation area. This is part of the PEACETIME research project, a cross-border initiative involving Donegal and Northern Ireland. The successful provider must have demonstrated experience and expertise in obesity care, health coaching, and physical activity interventions. A contract will be formalized following tender award. Service delivery is expected to commence in Autumn 2026, with providers needing to be operationally ready by that time. Interested suppliers should only apply if they are confident they meet the specialist requirements outlined in the project documentation.
