Echocardiography Services - Outpatient and Inpatient Provision

Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust (RCHT) seeks BSE (British Society of Echocardiography) accredited Echocardiographers to provide transthoracic echocardiography services across multiple locations and settings. Services include: (1) Outpatient adult cardiac transthoracic echocardiograms performed to BSE standards using GE Echo machines at RCHT sites, including Truro, Bodmin, and West Cornwall Hospital Community Diagnostic Centres, with report uploading to patient electronic records (Maxims EPR) and distribution to referring clinicians and GPs; (2) Inpatient adult cardiac transthoracic echocardiograms at RCHT (Truro) using GE echo machines with reporting through RCHT systems. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract awarded under the Health Care Services (PSR) Regulations 2023. The Procurement Act does not apply to this award.
