Civil Engineering Design and Administration Services for Celbridge Hazelhatch Mobility Corridor Project

This is a civil engineering consultancy opportunity in Ireland involving detailed design, construction administration, and project handover for the Celbridge Hazelhatch Mobility Corridor (Phases 5-7). The project encompasses approximately 2.0 km of new single carriageway with integrated active travel infrastructure, including a 66m clear span bridge crossing the River Liffey, segregated cycle tracks (2.0m one-way and 3.0m two-way), and 2.0m wide footpaths throughout. The scope includes design and delivery of multiple junction improvements with traffic signalization, comprehensive public lighting and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) with attenuation features, native species landscaping and biodiversity enhancement measures, and utility coordination (water, sewerage, electricity, gas, and telecommunications). Consultants must conduct an infrastructure review with Kildare County Council and stakeholders, manage all environmental compliance including Appropriate Assessment, Natura Impact Statement, and Flood Risk Assessment, and ensure adherence to relevant Eurocodes and OPW requirements.
