Cost Consultancy and Quantitative Risk Assessment Support

This opportunity seeks an experienced cost consultancy firm to provide independent financial and project support services for the New Velindre Cancer Centre Programme. The supplier will deliver cost consultancy, financial assurance, financial reporting, change control evaluation, and quantitative risk assessment (QRA) services. This engagement falls under Schedule 5, Paragraph 7 of the Procurement Act. The successful supplier should have demonstrated project knowledge and prior experience with similar healthcare infrastructure programmes to ensure continuity and consistency from project initiation through to completion and close-out. Previous engagement experience with the programme is valued as it enables a seamless transition and maintained strategic approach throughout the project lifecycle.
