Dialysis and Reverse Osmosis Water Infrastructure Maintenance Services at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Ireland

St. Vincent's University Hospital is seeking a service provider for the maintenance and support of its Dialysis/Reverse Osmosis (RO) water infrastructure. The contract scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units; provision of spare and replacement parts; and software updates and modifications. The selected provider must be certified by Herco Wassertechnik GmbH to install and maintain their reverse osmosis equipment. This is a sole-source procurement opportunity, as Whitewater Group is the sole authorized representative of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH in Ireland. The anticipated contract value is EUR 80,000 per annum (excluding VAT), with a proposed contract duration of up to 10 years. This opportunity will be published as a Voluntary Ex-Ante Publication (VEAT) Notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) under Article 32.2.b.ii, citing absence of competition due to technical reasons.
