Technology and Lighting Surveys for Lower Thames Crossing Roads North Programme

Balfour Beatty is seeking qualified suppliers to conduct comprehensive Technology and Lighting Surveys for the Lower Thames Crossing Roads North Temporary Diversions (RNoT) programme. This work supports the design development of temporary diversion routes on the A13, M25, and A1089. Scope of Work: You will undertake lighting surveys on the M25, A13, A1089 and associated side roads; conduct technology surveys on the M25; perform feeder pillar and technology infrastructure inspections and testing; complete CCD and lighting circuit condition surveys; and inspect lighting columns and luminaires. You will produce detailed survey records and asset information to inform the design phase and coordinate with the Design Team and Contractor. Key Requirements: You must have proven experience delivering highway lighting and technology surveys on major infrastructure projects, with appropriately qualified personnel for electrical inspection and testing. Strong health and safety management systems are essential, as is experience working on live highways including motorways. You should have worked within National Highways or local authority environments.
