Greater Manchester Solar Vision: Development and Communications Campaign

This opportunity involves creating a comprehensive communications package to promote solar energy adoption across Greater Manchester. Key deliverables include: a refined and accessible Solar Vision document, five case study PDFs with supporting template, website and social media content, and branded campaign materials (toolkit, templates for PowerPoint, email and Word documents). You will also produce a three-minute promotional video and five short social media clips, plus materials to support the Powering Our Schools pilot programme, including messaging guidance, posters and future campaign recommendations with costings. All materials must meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, be fully editable for GMCA's future use, and comply with GMCA brand guidelines. The project includes full project management throughout delivery. Suppliers should submit three quotes in accordance with PA23 Regulations and the GMCA Constitution.
