Occupational Health and Advisory Services for RTÉ

RTÉ is seeking proposals for comprehensive Occupational Health and Advisory Services to support employee health management and sick absence administration. The successful supplier will provide professional occupational health advice, conduct regular meetings with RTÉ management, and perform medical examinations and employee assessments as required. Services will be delivered at a clinic accessible to RTÉ staff or at regional locations as needed. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience providing occupational health services to large organizations - Proven expertise in Irish employment legislation, health and safety regulations, and occupational health standards - Minimum staffing: 2 occupational physicians and 1 occupational health nurse - Annual flu vaccination services at two locations: Cork (approximately 20 staff, half day) and Dublin (approximately 525 staff, generally 4 days), conducted September/October each year - Electronic registration system management by the supplier Note: Vaccination volumes and locations are indicative and subject to change.
