Pencoed Primary School Changing Pavilion Construction

Bridgend County Borough Council invites tenders for the construction of a changing pavilion at Pencoed Primary School. The project involves installing prefabricated steel container units (pre-owned single-use containers supplied by BCBC) that will be transported to site, mounted on a steel frame with mass concrete foundations and walls, and permanently fixed together. The completed facility will include changing rooms, a plant room, and storage areas with full mechanical, electrical, and services installations connecting to the school. The work will be executed using the JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract.
