Modular Unit Design, Supply and Installation at ARC Healthy Living, Irvinestown

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking tenders from qualified contractors for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a modular unit with associated civil engineering works at ARC Healthy Living in Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh. This PEACEPLUS-funded project aims to enhance an existing community space under the Local Community Regeneration and Transformation Programme. The project timeline includes 14 weeks for off-site design and prefabrication, followed by 4 weeks of on-site construction.
