    Brief

University College Cork seeks proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of four specialized plasma processing systems for the Tyndall National Institute. These advanced tools will support semiconductor fabrication, including silicon microelectronics, silicon photonics, and MEMS devices on 100mm and 200mm wafers. Lot 1: Plasma etcher for silicon dielectrics (polysilicon, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride) using medium-to-high-density plasma. Lot 2: Plasma etcher for metals and piezoelectrics (aluminum, molybdenum, aluminum scandium nitride) using medium-to-high-density plasma. Lot 3: Advanced plasma etcher with dual-mode capability for conventional high-rate etching and slow, controllable atomic layer etching of silicon dielectrics. Lot 4: Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system for depositing silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, and amorphous silicon thin films. Qualified suppliers offering precision, reliability, and high-performance solutions are invited to submit proposals.
