Joinery Repairs and Maintenance Services for Falkirk Council Properties

Falkirk Council is seeking a contractor to provide ad hoc joinery repair and maintenance services across its non-housing property portfolio. The service includes repairs to building fabric, fittings, and fixtures on a daywork basis. Services must be delivered during standard working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays, though provision is required during traditional construction shutdown periods (Christmas, New Year, and Easter) except for designated public holidays within these periods. The contractor must also provide a 2-hour emergency call-out response service during normal working hours. All work will be performed in accordance with the contract's General Preamble and Scope of Works.
