Transcription Services Supplier Framework

The UK Parliament (House of Lords and House of Commons) is seeking up to 4 qualified suppliers to provide professional transcription services. This framework agreement will support Parliament's internal transcription teams by providing additional capacity during peak demand periods. Services include in-person attendance at parliamentary proceedings to create verbatim transcripts for Select Committees, Joint Committees, Private Bill Committees, and other committee sittings across both Houses. All transcriptions are published publicly by Parliament. This is an internal framework (non-divided), designed to ensure high-quality transcription, value for money, and service continuity.
